Bob Ross, an opponent of Hyper Calvinism and the Hybrid theology of James White and associates, has just posted a "Resolution" for the SBC regarding this new hybrid view on regeneration. See here
I fully recommend all read it! Especially the "Hybrids" and those opposed to their "brand" of Calvinism.
