"A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh." (Ezekiel 36: 26 KJV)
Does this "new heart" include faith? In other words, is this new heart a believing heart, the opposite of what is called "an evil heart of unbelief"? (Hebrews 3: 12)
Jesus coupled together unbelief with hardness of heart in Mark 16: 14.
If the "new heart" is a heart of faith, then why do some say we must have this new heart BEFORE one can believe?
